| I purchased a new laptop, flat screen monitor, and wireless mouse and keyboard from TFW in April 2009. Gary and his staff copied all the data from my old laptop. They organized everything on the new laptop, plus they added a ton of extra gadgets and useful software. Then, when I picked up my new machine, Gary spent well over an hour with me, explaining how to use Vista and demonstrating all the cool new features. A few weeks later, I somehow stupidly managed to break the CD drive. No problem. Gary took it apart and fixed it for me in less than 20 minutes. Bottom line: I am completely satisfied with my purchase and the outstanding service at TFW, and I would not hesitate to recommend them. |
