All have newly installed versions of Windows. All have an Image (RESTORE DVD) that can put them back like they were when they left the store should they get their Windows messed up somehow. All have their Microsoft Updates done and all have a lan card ready for broadband Internet. A few have a dial-up modem for those that still want to use dial-up. ALL HAVE At least a 30 DAY WARRANTY.
